Youth Arts Scholarship Program
♥️ the Arts – Youth Arts Scholarship Program
In 2021 and 2022 KWMP awarded our Heart The Arts Youth Arts Scholarship. Due to the success of the first two years we’re bringing it back again!
Subsidies of up to $500 will be awarded to youth from Waterloo Region in need of financial assistance for creative program tuition fees, membership fees or mandatory supplies for arts programs.
Funds for this scholarship program will be raised through events throughout the year including the KWMP workshops, plus through merchandise sales which can be purchased here.
Scholarship applications will open November 2023.

A tax receipt will be given for any donations over $25.
Scholarship Criteria/Eligibility:
* Applicants must be under the age of 21 residing in Waterloo Region.
* The funds must be applied to an Arts Education or supplies related to an arts program in the Waterloo Region. Examples of eligible activities: dance classes, shoes or outfits to participate in classes, acting class tuition, masterclass tuition, art supplies to participate in art classes, singing lessons, etc.
* Scholarship cannot be applied to University or College tuition.
* We ask that only those in need apply.
* Arts programming must be in the 2023 calendar year.
